At Chalmers Organics we handcraft our stoneground activated whole soybeans into tofu using traditional Japanese methods. Our certified organic tofu is proudly made in NZ, using only three natural ingredients.
Ingredients: Certified organic activated whole soybeans, filtered water, natural coagulant pure nigari (as traditionally used in Japan).
Once opened, cover with fresh water, rinse and refresh the water daily.
Consume within 5 days of opening.
