Our organic lentils are carefully cooked in water and sea salt so that they're conveniently ready to eat. A small, round and versatile legume, lentils readily absorb a variety of flavours from other foods and are great in curries and casseroles. Incredibly versatile and tasty, lentils work well in many dishes, both hot and cold. To make the classic Indian dish dhal simply fry garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, tumeric and garam masala, and a can of drained lentils and stock and cook through.
