With its sweet-nutty flavour and firm bite KAMUT Khorasan Wheat is super versatile. Perfect added to anything from pilafs and salads, to soups and stews.
TO COOK: Use 3 cups of liquid for every cup of KAMUT Khorasan Wheat. Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer until the grain is tender, about 35 minutes. Drain of any excess liquid.
