Directions

Take 5-10ml, three to four times daily. 

Child: Take half the recommended dosage. 

Baby: Take quarter the recommended dosage.

Precautions

• Pregnancy precaution: DO NOT TAKE DURING PREGNANCY
• Glycyrrhiza Glabra (whole root liquorice) may increase blood pressure.  Care is required for people on blood pressure medicines – check with your doctor first. 
• In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure.  If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
