Ripe cherry is handpicked & SUNDRIED before separating the bean from the cherry, giving this coffee a unique quality.
Pungently aromatic blueberry or slightly over-ripe fruit aroma. Flavour is full & rich, dark caramel, berry fruit & rose petals. With a silky wine-like body & a long & fruity after-taste.
Due to COVID around the world affecting shipping (which has also impacted pricing) we currently are unable to get the Ethiopian Harrar but the Sidamo is processed exactly the same way & still comes from Ethiopia just from the Sidamo province instead of the Harrar province.
480g Creamed Coconut
1/2 C Whoohoo unfermented Cacao (do not use raw cacao or cocoa)
3/4 C organic Raw Honey
4 T organic Ethiopian Coffee (sundried & unfermented) expresso grind
Blend creamed coconut (coconut butter) and add the WhooHoo Cacao, Ethiopian Harrar coffee and mix on a low heat until well blended.
Take off the heat & mix in the honey. Place in jars and store in the pantry.
Take 1-2 tsp daily or as required.
250g organic virgin cold pressed coconut oil
3 C organic raw honey (creamed or liquid ok)
1/2 C Whoohoo unfermented Cacao (do not use raw cacao or cocoa)
2 T organic Ethiopian Coffee (sundried & unfermented) expresso grind
2 level tsp organic Cayenne Pepper powder
Heat all ingredients in a small pot on a very low heat until all melted. Remove from stove & stir in honey. Beat with a wooden spoon until thick & glossy. Pour into jars.
This is a much stronger version of Magnificent Magnesium.
Adults take 1 tsp daily.
