Garden grown beans from the birthplace of coffee. Intensely flavoured  and 'natural ' or dry processed.

Ripe cherry is handpicked dried in the sun before separating the bean from the cherry, giving this coffee a unique quality.

Pungently aromatic, fruity, spicy with a dry mouthfeel with cocoa and blueberry notes and a winey finish.


Rachel recommends using the organic sundried Ethiopian Harrer for her Whoohoo recipes & to enjoy as your usual coffee drink instead of the usual organic coffee.  Order the expresso grind for use in the WhooHoo medicines or plunger grind for your plunger at home or just order the whole beans if you prefer to grind fresh to your needs at home.

Magnificent Recipe (the real chocolate medicine)

Ingredients:

480g Creamed Coconut

1/2 C Whoohoo unfermented Cacao (do not use raw cacao or cocoa)

3/4 C organic Raw Honey

4 T organic Ethiopian Harrar (sundried & unfermented) expresso grind

 

Method:

Blend creamed coconut(coconut butter) and add the WhooHoo Cacao, Ethiopian Harrar coffee and mix on a low heat until well blended.

Take off the heat & mix in the honey.  Place in jars and store in the pantry. 

Take 1-2 tsp daily or as required. 

 

Marvellous Mood Recipe (makes 4 jars)

Ingredients:

250g organic virgin cold pressed coconut oil

3 C organic raw honey (creamed or liquid ok)

1/2 C Whoohoo unfermented Cacao (do not use raw cacao or cocoa)

2 T organic Ethiopian Harrar (sundried & unfermented) expresso grind

2 level tsp organic Cayenne Pepper powder

 

Method:

Heat all ingredients in a small pot on a very low heat until all melted.  Remove from stove & stir in honey.  Beat with a wooden spoon until thick & glossy.  Pour into jars.  

This is a much stronger version of Magnificent Magnesium.

Adults take 1 tsp daily.  Children use as needed as a stronger remedy for congestion.
