Nausea; Vomiting; Gastric Acidity; Heartburn; Diarrhoea; Stomach Flu
Ingredients: elettaria cardamomum; glycyrrhiza glabra; tinospora cordifolia; cymbopogon citratus
Serving size 1 tsp (2 grams). Simmer for 3-5 minutes or pour boiling water and allow 10 minutes infusion. Recommended 2-3 cups per day for maximum benefits. Each 100g box makes approximately 50 cups of tea.
