Cold and Flu Symptoms; Upper Respiratory Tract; General Wellbeing
Ingredients: ocimum sanctum; tinospora cordifoli; withania somnifera; centella asiatica; glycyrrhiza glabra; cinnamomum verum; zingiber officinale
Serving size 1 tsp (2 grams). Simmer for 3-5 minutes or pour boiling water and allow 10 minutes infusion. Recommended 2-3 cups per day for maximum benefits. Each 100g box makes approximately 50 cups of tea.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a dry place under 25°C. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional or naturopath. Not intended for children, pregnant and nursing women.
