Lentils Brown Dried Organic Approx 100g

Also called whole RED lentils - Make a hearty vegetarian or vegan curry using my Blender Butter Chicken Sauce under recipe tab.  A favourite at the local farmers markets with sticky coconut turmeric rice.

Organic brown lentils are ideal for soups, stews & casseroles - they do not require soaking before cooking but if your the type of person that wants to reduce phytates then soaking over 2-3 days changing the water every few hours will give you a better result nutritionally 

I use them in my market organic vegetable curry which you can get the basic sauce recipe from my recipe tab under blender butter chicken.
