Blue Coconut refined coconut oil is ideal for cooking
with – use it to sauté, pan fry or deep fry potatoes,
meat and fish, or to roast vegetables. In baking,
you can substitute it for butter or margarine in most
recipes. Get inventive and spread it onto bread
or toast, blend it into smoothies or stir a little into your

Make your own personal care products using coconut
oil as well. Try this toothpaste recipe:
1 part Coconut oil (gently melted, not in microwave)
1 part Baking Soda
2 drops peppermint essential oil (optional)
Gently melt the coconut oil & mix in Baking soda well. Add peppermint essential oil if you want that flavour.
This will harden on cooling & will easily break into small pea sized pieces to put on your toothbrush. Allow the
toothpaste to melt in your mouth & brush around as usual. You can also use the straight coconut oil to 'oil pull'
by melting a tablespoon in your mouth & swish around for 5-20 minutes(build up the length over time) per day.
