Cocavo Light is a mild-tasting subtle flavoured combination of pure coconut oil and extra virgin avocado oil. It also has a very high smoke point, making it the perfect cooking oil for everyday use. The pure coconut and extra virgin avocado oils used are raw, naturally organic, cold-pressed, contain no additives, contaminants or trans-fats and are naturally cholesterol-free.
Cocavo Original is a combination of unrefined extra virgin coconut oil and extra virgin avocado oil. Cocavo Original offers a combination of health benefits from coconut and avocado oils such as; high levels of mono-unsaturated fat, vitamin E, plant sterols and high lauric acid content. Cocavo Original also has a very high smoke point, making it ideal for cooking and enhancing flavours.
Cocavo Chilli and Lime is carefully infused with selected chili and lime oils giving you the perfect blend of spice and zest. The subtle hint of chili is perfect to bring out the flavours in any dish requiring a little spice. We use a unique process to create our flavors, which extracts natural antioxidants and flavonoids from fresh produce, ensuring the oils are raw and have gone through as minimal processing as possible, so the vital minerals and vitamins are still present. Our chilli oil is made from steam-distilled fresh chillis to maintain the purest oil quality. The lime zest oil is extracted at the same time as the avocado oil by including whole limes in the process.
Cocavo Coriander/Cilantro Lime & Ginger is carefully infused with selected Cilantro, Lime & Ginger oils, giving you the perfect blend of fresh zesty flavours. This blend is perfect for enhancing any Asian or Mexican dishes. At Cocavo, we use a unique process to create our flavors, which extracts natural antioxidants and flavonoids from fresh produce.The cilantro and lime oil are extracted at the same time as the avocado oil by including fresh coriander and whole limes in the process. This process extracts all the flavours and health benefits without any residual plant matter remaining in the oil.
Cocavo Turmeric & Lemon Zest is infused with Turmeric and Lemon Zest oils. This is the perfect blend of earthy and zesty tones to add to any Indian or Middle Eastern dishes. At Cocavo, we use a unique process to create our flavors, which extracts natural antioxidants and flavonoids from fresh produce. The lemon zest oil is extracted at the same time as the avocado oil by including whole lemons in the process. The turmeric oil infusion is done using high-pressure vessels to impart the turmeric flavor and goodness directly into the coconut oil.
