This 3 L Sauerkraut Crook fits up to two medium sized cabbages and makes two 1 L jars full of sauerkraut or kimchi which lasts up to three months when stored in the fridge.
TIP: If you would like a faster or more reliable fermentation we recommend to use Mad Millie Aromatic Mesophilic Culture (which you can purchase seperately from MORE2U as well) when making sauerkraut or kimchi with this crock.
