Just Kraut Raw Sauerkraut

Traditional sauerkraut consisting of just cabbage and salt. This tangy, tasty kraut goes with just about anything.(Meat, fish, grains…)  My favourite is on top of hot buttered sourdough or rice bread. Even better with a chunk of cheese as well.

The juice is a wonderful digestive tonic. It is also a great way to get probiotic bacteria into children who wont eat kraut. Simply stir a little juice into a bowl of soup or stew. Also great in place of vinegar or lemon in a salad dressing.

Ruby Perfection Raw Sauerkraut

Lift any meal with the vibrant colour and taste of Ruby Perfection. This kraut is a mix of red and white cabbage with caraway seeds. The name comes from a variety of red cabbage named Ruby Perfection, which I thought was such a beautiful name. The addition of caraway seeds not only adds to the flavour but adds many health benefiting nutrients, vitamins, minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants.

Looks and tastes amazing in a salad. Sprinkle with olive oil, walnuts and fresh herbs for a wonderful kraut slaw.

Helena Bay Magic Raw Sauerkraut

I started making this kraut when I lived up North in the beautiful spot Helena Bay. This kraut is a mix of cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger and a hint of chilli.

Fantastic with tacos and nachos. Mouth watering on a steak sandwich. Tossed into a stirfry.  Served with black beans, rice and avocado. The possibilities are endless!!

Sauerkraut with all its probiotic bacteria is already great for the immune system and with the garlic/ginger/chilli combination of this kraut there is an even extra boost.

Golden Turmeric

Combining curry flavours of Tumeric & Nigella (black cumin seed) with cabbage, cauliflower, Himalayan salt, spring onion, garlic, coriander, chilli, chicory extract.  

Wild Out West Raw Sauerkraut

Be Nourished developed this kraut after moving back to the west and experimenting even more with the wild art of fermentation. This kraut is a mix of cabbage, coriander (leaves and seeds), parsley, juniper berries and caraway seeds.

The flavours of these herbs and seeds not only combine together beautifully to flavour this kraut but also give it extra health benefiting nutrients,  vitamins, minerals,  and anti-oxidants.

This kraut is spectacular with fish, superb in a  potato salad, delicious straight out of the jar.

Kimchi

A mix of chinese cabbage, daikon radish, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger and red pepper powder.

It’s easy to add Kimchi to your diet….Koreans eat it with every meal! Introduce as a side to stir-fry or drizzle on an omelet with a bit of sour cream.

Add to nori and spring rolls, pasta, rice, meat or fish dishes. For a can’t-resist appetizer, garnish your favorite cracker and cheese with fresh coriander and Kimchi.

 

Dill Pickle Raw Sauerkraut

Steeped in tradition, delicious and bursting with live cultures, a tablespoon is a perfect complement to any meal.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:  Keep Refrigerated. Best Before dates are a guide for best quality, however the product is a live preserve and should last for longer if stored and maintained properly.  When storing the product it is best to keep the contents pressed down in the jar to allow the brine to cover the product.  This simple step will help to keep the product fresh for longer.
