The Perfect, rich gravy mix, made with 7 types of vegetables.
To Make 1 cup of gravy: whisk 3 tbs gravy mix and 1 cup cold water. Place over a low heat, bring to boil and whisk til thick and glossy.
Makes 6 Cups or 1.5L of gravy. Perfect for an organic nut or lentil 'meat' loaf.
Add a little something special for fresh flavour to Sauteed mushrooms & shallots.
Add a spoonful or two to your lentil bolgnese or toss with potato wedges before baking. Enrich soups by whisking in a spoonful of gravy mix!
