Flax fibre - LSA can be used by the entire family. Sprinkle on salads, coleslaw, sandwiches, cereal, fruit salad and pancakes. Enrich rice, cottage cheese, yoghurt and smoothies. Add to soup, sauces, stews and casseroles as a healthy thickener.
It is important to drink more fluids when you increase your intake of dietary fibre. Flax fibre - LSA must not be swallowed in its dry form.

Directions:
Waihi Bush recommend taking 2 tablespoons of flax fibre per day. However because of the high lignan content (lignan's have a hormone regulating effect) pregnant women should seek advice from a health care professional before taking this product.
