When purchasing you are buying direct from a farmer, its better than fair trade. Like with maca most farmers are lucky to get 2-3% of the retail value of their product. Our model is about impowering farmers and putting money in the pockets of those who need it the most.

Cacao Paste, Liquor or Cacao Mass is the real deal when it comes to chocolate!!!
Cacao Paste is produced by grinding the cacao bean nib to a smooth, liquid state. Chocolate paste is also know as chocolate liquor, unsweetened chocolate, baking chocolate or bitter chocolate. In Canada and Europe, other names include cocoa (cacao) mass and cocoa liquor. (Despite its name there is no alcohol present).
During the manufacture process the cacao paste is liquefied and thus is called liquor, however afterwards solidifies and becomes pure bitter chocolate great for confectionary or for manufacturing sweeter forms of chocolate by blending it with cacao butter and a sweetener.
How to use Cacao Paste: Make your own chocolate by blending melted (over double boiler) Cacao Paste with Sweetener of choice and Cacao Butter so you can have low carb or even keto fat bombs using the cacao paste & cacao butter as your quality plant based fat source.
