Quick Blender Curry Sauce
Try making a 2 minute blender curry sauce with approximately
6 Cups of roughly chopped vegetables (like one head broccoli, one head cauliflower, couple of carrots
2 handfuls of washed spinach(or similar garden green)
1 brown onion, couple large tomatoes, spring onion)
5 Cups of filtered water or organic stock.
Add 2 tsp of Himalayan Salt
2 tsp of Organic Curry Hot blend
1 TBSP Bragg Amino Seasoning
1 tsp of organic cayenne or chili powder(optional extra if want a bit hotter)
2 TBSP of organic coconut oil
2 TBSP of Organic coconut sugar or organic raw honey or maple syrup.
Blend in your Optimum 9400 blender on high speed for a couple of minutes using the tamper if need to push ingredients into blades for a smooth creamy curry sauce which can be used with meats, pulses or lentils or good old curried free-range eggs. You can also add 1 can organic coconut cream if you prefer a milder curry. Adjust seasonings to your personal tastes. Serve on organic quinoa, millet or wild rice.
