ORGANIC PONZU SAUCE
Ponzu is a traditional Japanese soy sauce, seasoned with yuzu (a fruit similar to lemon) and mirin (a sweet, flavoursome rice wine). It may be used as a dipping sauce, dressing or seasoning to enliven savoury dishes. Use ponzu sauce to flavour soups and entrees or whisk with a little oil for a tasty dressing suitable for salads and stir-fries.
