An overview of our ZERO Konjac Noodles, Rice & Pasta range
Our ZERO Konjac range, simply put, are a healthy, very low carb and calorie, allergen-free alternative to traditional wheat and grain-based Noodles, Rice & Pasta.
Very low carbs, very low calories, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg Free, Fat-Free, Sugar-Free, Soy Free, Vegan/Vegetarian, Australian Certified Organic (NASAA Approved) & Diabetic Friendly. They are also suitable for such diets as Keto (Ketogenic), Paleo, Atkins & Dukan.
So what are our Konjac Noodle, Rice & Pasta made from? They are made entirely out of premium grade konjac/glucomannan fibre, which comes directly from the Konjac plant. The only other ingredients are a food grade calcium (which acts as a natural preservative) and purified water.
Our entire ZERO Konjac range is also pre-cooked. All you need to do is rinse in a strainer under the tap for 20 seconds and it's ready to use however you like. For example, add to a ready-made stir fry or soup, or use cold in salads or cold rolls.
Konjac Noodles are also known as Shirataki Noodles, they are one and the same.
