Natural grass-fed gelatin. Great for making jelly treats, health gummies, sauces and gravies.
Instructions to
1. Bloom’ Gelatin by adding 1/2 cup water to the 1/4 gelatin cup (2:1 ratio)
2. Add 1 scoop: 200ml of boiling water or any hot liquid with your flavouring
3. Stir until dissolved and refrigerate to make a set jelly (2hrs). Note: add half the gelatin if making a ‘softset’ like pannacotta.
